"Postcards from the Night" explores the poetry of life in darkness and light. Inspired by André Kertész's intimate postcards, Fan Ho's cinematic compositions, and Edward Hopper's observational stance, fleeting nighttime scenes around the world are captured. Each small, black-and-white print draws the viewer in close, revealing the quiet drama of human activities focusing attention in the glow of light while extraneous details are shrouded in shadows.
